The Process

Step One: Initial Discussion

We will jointly identify your needs, goals and your readiness to proceed. We will then clarify the process we will use to achieve your goals. Finally I will answer any other questions you have at this point. The length of these calls can vary so I suggest an allotment of a half hour to the Initial Discussion. There is no cost to this call.


Step Two: On-site Consultation

On-site visit to see the space or project in order to help me provide a realistic estimate of project time and materials. We will also go through the process we will be using to create your tailored space in greater detail. The one hour on-site consultation fee is $45.00 if you live within the Waterloo region. 100% of the consultation fee will be discounted from the project cost, when a minimum 4 hour package is purchased. (there are very few projects that can be completed in less than 4 hours).


Step Three: Estimate

Written estimate of the project time and the cost required to design your “Happy Space”. Charges vary depending on the complexity of the project and the rate package selected.


Step Four: The Project

This is where we roll up our sleeves and create your “Happy Space”!
